latino-couple.200.299.sLearning Together: A specialized program for individuals with memory loss and their families

Together with the Alzheimer’s Association, the Penn Memory Center offers an informational supportive group designed for families to learn more about dementia as well as understand their feelings about the changes dementia has on their lives.

This unique group melds the needs of both the early-diagnosed individuals and those who will be supporting them.

  • Each session’s focus is on a different aspect of adjusting to life with dementia.
  • Groups are held weekly for 8 weeks, and then monthly thereafter.
  • Early-stage persons and care partners attend together.

The eight week sessions are held at the Ralston House:

3615 Chestnut Street
Philadelphia, PA 19104
Room 241

This group is facilitated by trained health care professionals and is free of charge.
